Just a quick reminder, that as from the 1st March, the consequences of being caught using your mobile phone while driving, will double to six points and a £200 fine.

You’ll have to apply and pay for a new provisional licence and pass both theory and practical parts of the driving test again to get a full licence. There will also be a financial consequence when you come to buy your insurance, as you will have to declare that your license has been revoked.
